By: Senators Anavitarte of the 31st, Bearden of the 30th, Dixon of the 45th, Robertson of the
29th, Dickerson of the 21st and others
A RESOLUTION
Commending and recognizing North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer for their outstanding
athletic achievements, academic excellence, and service to their community; and for other
purposes.
WHEREAS, North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer demonstrated remarkable dedication,
discipline, and teamwork throughout their competitive season, setting a high standard of
excellence for student-athletes in Paulding County; and
WHEREAS, North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer has achieved incredible success, earning
four first place finishes and one second place finish in competition during the season; and
WHEREAS, North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer has distinguished itself at the highest
levels of competition by earning both the November 2025 State Championship and February
2026 National Championship title, reflecting the strength and excellence of the Paulding
County cheer programs; and
WHEREAS, the success of the team is also a testament to the leadership and guidance of its
coaches, whose commitment to mentorship and development has helped these young athletes
grow both on and off the competition floor; and
WHEREAS, the achievements of the student-athletes, coaches, and supporters of the North
Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer program have brought tremendous pride to their schools,
their community, and the State of Georgia while serving as an inspiration to future
student-athletes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body
commend and congratulate North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer for their outstanding
athletic accomplishments, their commitment to academic excellence, and their dedication to
serving their community, and extend to these student-athletes, their coaches, and supporters
best wishes for continued success in future endeavors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to North Paulding
Junior Wolfpack Cheer.
