Senate Resolution 998 By: Senators Walker III of the 20th, Anavitarte of the 31st, Jones II of the 22nd, Still of the 48th, Dixon of the 45th and others A RESOLUTION Commending the 2026 Senate Aides and Senate Academic Aides for their exemplary service; and for other purposes. WHEREAS, each year, the Georgia Senate relies on citizens of Georgia who are interested in the legislative process to work as aides for the Senate committees and leadership; and WHEREAS, these individuals hail from varied backgrounds and from all areas of this state and have demonstrated a commitment to ensuring the efficient and effective administration of Senate committee hearings; and WHEREAS, the Georgia Senate has been very fortunate to have had the exceptional service of legislative aides, whose work has been marked by a devotion to helping the citizens of Georgia and a constant commitment to the highest standards of excellence; and WHEREAS, the chairpersons and members of the standing committees and Senate leadership salute and commend each of the following Senate Aides for their hard work and a job well done: Arya Patel, Avery Robinson, Ayomide Rahman, Becket Harp, Bella Brim, Benjamin Shewan, Betcy Eliseo, Caleb Morse, Carli Daniels, Denascia Hunter, Elle Moss, Emily Delk, Emma Beck, Gwen Andrews, Isabella Zorzoli, Jacob Pilgram, Jada Barronton, Maya Laufer, Paris Buren, Phillipia Zappos, Quinlan Childs-Goodwin, Trevor Wood, Victoria Jones, William Lazarus, Danely Cruz, Jada Barronton, Kennedy Ragin, Emalee Collins, Gabriella Sabater, Rohan Veeramani, Delia Neufeld, McKinley Rembert, Natalie Pryce, Danica Leung, Pia Saraswat, Ana Cristina Townsend, Lahari Kamabat, Kira Wolfmeier, Aaron Kimsey, Lucy Bertsch, Ethan Mollenauer, Allie Kate Campbell, Annabelle Hodges, Joy Hollis, Dylan Turner, Dom Bright, Catie Ford, Clara Leggett, Emma Whitmore, Lauren Trinkwalder, and Sophie Opolka; and WHEREAS, the hard work and dedication of these distinguished Georgians have been enormous assets to the citizens of Georgia; and WHEREAS, all the members of the Senate greatly appreciate the invaluable service of aides who enable their business to run smoothly and successfully. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body commend the Senate Aides and Senate Academic Aides for the 2026 regular session on their superb performance and convey their best wishes to each of them for success and happiness in their future pursuits. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to make appropriate copies of this resolution available for distribution to the 2026 Senate Aides and Senate Academic Aides.
