A RESOLUTION

Honoring the life and memory of Sunnah Muhammad Pasha; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens with the passing of Sunnah Muhammad Pasha on June 5, 2026; and

WHEREAS, Sunnah Muhammad Pasha was born on December 24, 1974, in Cincinnati, Ohio, a beloved son of Aldean and Daoud Pasha; and

WHEREAS, he received his early education at Sprayberry High School, graduating as part of the Class of 1993, and he matriculated at Alabama A&M University, where he received an internship with IBM Consulting Services and became a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Delta Gamma Chapter; and

WHEREAS, Sunnah Muhammad Pasha enjoyed a highly successful career in Big 5 Management Consulting, during which he rose to the pinnacle of corporate leadership and served for decades as a partner with Deloitte Consulting and EY; and

WHEREAS, in addition to his corporate achievements, he proudly followed in his father's footsteps and built a substantial real estate portfolio designed to endure for generations; and H. R. 21EX

WHEREAS, Sunnah Muhammad Pasha was united in love and marriage to his wife, Tara, and was blessed with two remarkable daughters, Sunnai and Summer; and

WHEREAS, he gave inspiration to many through his high ideals, morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and the devotion, patience, and understanding he demonstrated to his family and friends were admired by others; and

WHEREAS, he was a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness, and by the example he made of his life, he made this world a better place in which to live; and

WHEREAS, a compassionate and generous man, Sunnah Muhammad Pasha will long be remembered for his love of family, friendship, and community and will be missed by all who had the great fortune of knowing him.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that the members of this body join in honoring the life and memory of Sunnah Muhammad Pasha and express their deepest and most sincere regret at his passing. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the family of Sunnah Muhammad Pasha.
