WHEREAS, while completing her senior year at Vidalia Heritage Academy, Anna Nalley enrolled in an Emergency Medical Technician certification program through Southeastern Technical College, demonstrating an early commitment to serving others; and WHEREAS, despite being the youngest student in her EMT program, Anna Nalley distinguished herself through her confidence, maturity, and willingness to embrace both the challenges of a demanding healthcare environment and the increased workload of dual enrollment; and WHEREAS, she completed 94 hours of clinical experience, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to emergency medical services and patient care while developing the skills necessary to serve those in need; and WHEREAS, through diligence, perseverance, and dedication to excellence, she earned certification as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician and graduated from Vidalia Heritage Academy with honors and distinction; and H.
