A RESOLUTION
Honoring the life and memory of Claire Ann Bartlett; and for other purposes.1
WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens2
with the passing of Claire Ann Bartlett on December 13, 2025; and3
WHEREAS, Claire Ann Bartlett was born on June 18, 1963, in Torr ence, California, a4
beloved daughter of Peggy and Loris Sinanian; and5
WHEREAS, she was united in love and marriage to her husband, Darrell Bartlett, and was6
blessed with three remarkable children, Ben, Joseph, and Patric k; and two wonderful7
grandchildren, Isla and Eden; and8
WHEREAS, Claire Ann Bartlett has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable9
hours of her time, talents, and energy toward the betterment of her community and state as10
evidenced dramatically by her superlative service as founder of Fulton County Republican11
Women, her dedicated work as Precinct Chairman, House District Chairman, and Executive12
Director of the Fulton County Republican Party, and her outstan ding leadership with13
Georgia's National Right to Life affiliate and Georgia Life Alliance; and 14

WHEREAS, Claire Ann Bartlett further served her community when she was appointed to15
the board of the Georgia Commission for Service and Volunteeris m by Governor Nathan16
Deal, in 2013; and 17
WHEREAS, she gave inspiration to many through her high ideals, morals, and deep concern18
for her fellow citizens, and the devotion, patience, and unders tanding she demonstrated to19
her family and friends were admired by others; and20
WHEREAS, she was a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation21
for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness, and by the example she made of her life,22
she made this world a better place in which to live; and23
WHEREAS, a compassionate and generous woman, Claire Ann Bartlet t will long be24
remembered for her love of family, friendship, and community and will be missed by all who25
had the great fortune of knowing her.26
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body27
join in honoring the life and memory of Claire Ann Bartlett and express their deepest and28
most sincere regret at her passing.29
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed30
to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for di stribution to the family of31
Claire Ann Bartlett.32
