26 LC 129 0679 Senate Resolution 594 By: Senator James of the 28th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Reverend Timothy H. Bullock; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Reverend Timothy H. Bullock has demonstrated his commitment to teaching2 the Gospel, witnessing Christ through word and deed, and addres sing the physical,3 psychological, intellectual, and spiritual needs of others; and4 WHEREAS, Reverend Timothy H. Bullock was recently called by the Lord to lead the5 congregation of Woods Memorial Baptist Church; and 6 WHEREAS, Reverend Timothy H. Bullock, son of Reverend Dr. Samuel H. Bullock Jr., has7 spent a lifetime answering God's call to be His messenger to do His will; and8 WHEREAS, whether the task is preparing a sermon, visiting the s ick, counseling the9 troubled, baptizing a new believer, or acting as a theologian, educator, administrator, or10 humanitarian, Reverend Timothy H. Bullock serves as a shining example of God's righteous11 path; and12 WHEREAS, the unmatched spiritual assistance offered by Reverend Timothy H. Bullock is13 a source of strength and direction for persons in all walks of life; and14 S. R. 594 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0679 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this enduring example of God's message15 of peace and love be recognized and congratulated for his innumerable good works rendered16 on behalf of persons in need.17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body18 recognize and commend Reverend Timothy H. Bullock upon his call ing to lead Woods19 Memorial Baptist Church and extend best wishes for many years o f successful fellowship20 and leadership.21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed22 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Reverend Timothy23 H.
