26 LC 129 0653 House Resolution 1064 By: Representatives Herring of the 145th, Jones of the 143rd, Taylor of the 173rd, Cooper of the 45th, and Roberts of the 52nd A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Dr. Keisha Reneé Callins; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Dr. Keisha Reneé Callins is the dedicated Chief Welln ess Officer with2 Community Health Care Systems, Inc., a federally qualified health center network; and3 WHEREAS, she is unwaveringly committed to expanding and improving access to women's4 healthcare services, especially in rural and underserved areas of middle Georgia, operating5 practices in both Twiggs and Jones counties; and6 WHEREAS, she diligently and consciously serves the need of the citizens of the state of7 Georgia on the Georgia Composite Medical Board, the Sandra Duna gan Deal Early8 Language and Literacy Board, and the Georgia Maternal and Infant Health Commission; and9 WHEREAS, her recent honors include UAB School of Public Health Alumna of the Year,10 Georgia House of Representatives 100 Phenomenal Women, Macon Vo lunteer Clinic11 Healthcare Hero, and the Inaugural Sandra Dunagan Deal Rural Service Fellow; and12 WHEREAS, she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for13 integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and14 H. R. 1064 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0653 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding Georgian be appropriatly15 honored.16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that17 the members of this body recognize and commend Dr. Keisha Reneé Callins for her18 contributions to the state of Georgia and extend best wishes fo r her continues health,19 happiness, and success.20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized21 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Dr.22 Keisha Reneé Callins.23 H.
