26 LC 129 0694 House Resolution 1072 By: Representative Carter of the 93rd A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Ebony Porter-Ike; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Ebony Porter-Ike is a highly-sought after and highly r espected creator,2 executive producer, publicist, entrepreneur, and author in business and entertainment; and3 WHEREAS, with over 15 years of experience, she is revered in the industry as the “Guru of4 Business” and her unique creativity, exceptional leadership, and keen sense of vision have5 earned her respect and admiration across the state of Georgia and globally; and6 WHEREAS, Ebony Porter-Ike has made significant contributions to not only business but7 also art and media in the state of Georgia through her authorship of Coinology™: The Series,8 founding of the Coinology™ Program and Coinology™: The Podcast, as well as her creation9 of Ebony Eyes Entertainment through which she has executively produced groundbreaking10 television and film projects; and11 WHEREAS, this distinguished gentlewoman has given inspiration to many through her high12 ideals, morals, and deep concern for her fellow citizens, and she possesses the vast wisdom13 which only comes through experience and the strength of charact er which is achieved14 through overcoming the many challenges of life; and15 H. R. 1072 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0694 WHEREAS, she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for16 integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and17 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this18 remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that20 the members of this body recognize and commend Ebony Porter-Ike and extend sincere best21 wishes for continued health, happiness, and success.22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized23 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to24 Ebony Porter-Ike.25 H.
