26 LC 129 0587 House Resolution 1152 By: Representatives Mitchell of the 88th and McClain of the 109th A RESOLUTION Celebrating the second year of recognition of Trinity Internati onal University of1 Ambassadors Corp. (FL), the TIUA School of Business, the Trinity International Chaplaincy2 Institute, and Trinity Girls Network Corp.; and establishing the TIUA International Day of3 Education in alignment with the International Day of Education; and for other purposes.4 WHEREAS, the United Nations General Assembly has designated Jan uary 24 as the5 International Day of Education, recognizing education as a fundamental human right and a6 critical driver of peace, sustainable development, economic emp owerment, and global7 cooperation; and8 WHEREAS, education serves as a cornerstone for empowering indiv iduals, strengthening9 families, uplifting communities, and addressing inequities thro ugh literacy, innovation,10 leadership development, and lifelong learning; and11 WHEREAS, Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp., together with its12 affiliated institutions-the TIUA School of Business and the Trinity International Chaplaincy13 Institute-has demonstrated a sustained commitment to academic e xcellence, leadership14 formation, entrepreneurship, ministry, and global service by eq uipping students and15 H. R. 1152 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0587 professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to create measurable impact locally,16 nationally, and internationally; and17 WHEREAS, the Trinity International Chaplaincy Institute advance s education through18 specialized training in chaplaincy, spiritual leadership, humanitarian service, and community19 engagement, further positioning education as a tool for peacebuilding, ethical leadership, and20 global harmony; and21 WHEREAS, Trinity Girls Network Corp., a Georgia-based non-governmental organization,22 has empowered women and girls through education, leadership dev elopment, mentorship,23 and access to critical resources, thereby strengthening communities and promoting pathways24 to sustainable development; and25 WHEREAS, The Authors Expert Academy, a flagship initiative of t he TIUA School of26 Business, exemplifies the transformative power of education by advancing literacy, fostering27 creative expression, amplifying diverse voices, and empowering individuals to leverage their28 stories for leadership, advocacy, and social impact; and29 WHEREAS, the year 2026 marks the second consecutive year in which these institutions and30 initiatives are being formally recognized for their collective contributions to education,31 leadership, and community advancement in observance of the Inte rnational Day of32 Education.33 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that34 the members of this body celebrate the second year of recogniti on of Trinity International35 University of Ambassadors Corp. (FL), the TIUA School of Busine ss, the Trinity36 International Chaplaincy Institute, and Trinity Girls Network C orp. for their continued37 H. R. 1152 - 2 - 26 LC 129 0587 excellence and leadership in advancing education as a force for peace, innovation, and global38 development.39 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of this body commend these organizations40 as champions of education and service; acknowledge their commit ment to bridging gaps,41 empowering individuals, uplifting communities, and building a m ore just, equitable, and42 peaceful world; and recognize the TIUA International Day of Edu cation, to be observed43 annually in alignment with the International Day of Education on January 24, honoring the44 ongoing educational, humanitarian, and leadership contributions of the TIUA institutions and45 their global partners.46 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized47 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to48 Trinity International University of Ambassadors Corp.
