26 SR 645/AP Senate Resolution 645 By: Senators Walker III of the 20th, Anavitarte of the 31st, Robertson of the 29th, Jones II of the 22nd, Brass of the 6th and others ADOPTED A RESOLUTION Calling a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate for the purpose of1 hearing a message from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court; inviting each other Justice2 of the Supreme Court and each Judge of the Court of Appeals to be present at the joint3 session; and for other purposes.4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA that the honorable5 Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is hereby invited to address a joint session of the House6 of Representatives and the Senate at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in the hall7 of the House of Representatives.8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a joint session of the House of Representatives and the9 Senate be held in the hall of the House of Representatives at 1 0:45 A.M. on the aforesaid10 date for the purpose of hearing an address from the Chief Justice.11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each other Justice of the Supreme Court and each Judge12 of the Court of Appeals is hereby invited to the hall of the House of Representatives for the13 purpose of hearing the address from the Chief Justice.14 S.
