26 LC 129 0588 House Resolution 1153 By: Representatives Mitchell of the 88th and McClain of the 109th A RESOLUTION Recognizing June 7, 2026, as TIUA School of Business Entreprene ur Day; and for other1 purposes.2 WHEREAS, entrepreneurship serves as a vital force in driving in novation, fostering3 economic growth, and creating sustainable opportunities for communities locally, nationally,4 and globally; and5 WHEREAS, the TIUA School of Business, a distinguished institution of Trinity International6 University of Ambassadors (TUIA), has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to7 equipping leaders, professionals, and innovators with the skill s, tools, and knowledge8 necessary to excel in entrepreneurship, business development, and leadership; and9 WHEREAS, the TIUA School of Business celebrates the entrepreneurial spirit as a powerful10 catalyst for strengthening communities, advancing creativity, p romoting financial11 empowerment, and addressing complex global challenges through i nnovative and ethical12 business solutions; and13 WHEREAS, TIUA School of Business Entrepreneur Day, observed on June 7, 2026, marks14 the fourth consecutive year this day has been recognized, servi ng as a platform to honor15 H. R. 1153 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0588 visionary leaders, accomplished business owners, and emerging e ntrepreneurs who16 exemplify perseverance, ingenuity, service, and a commitment to creating meaningful17 economic and social impact; and18 WHEREAS, while June 7, 2026, remains the official and standard date of observance for19 TIUA School of Business Entrepreneur Day, the 2026 recognition will be expanded and20 celebrated from June 11 through June 13, 2026, through the BOSS Conference and Honors21 of Distinction Celebration, a multi-day convening designed to a mplify entrepreneurship,22 leadership excellence, innovation, and distinguished service; and23 WHEREAS, this annual observance further highlights the School's signature initiatives,24 including The Authors Expert Academy and other transformative p rograms designed to25 cultivate business acumen, financial literacy, innovation, and global leadership capacity.26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that27 the members of this body recognize June 7, 2026, as TIUA School of Business Entrepreneur28 Day, and commend the TIUA School of Business for four years of continued dedication to29 empowering entrepreneurs through education, innovation, and lea dership development,30 thereby fostering a lasting legacy of economic empowerment and global impact.31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized32 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the33 TIUA School of Business.34 H.
