26 LC 129 0841 House Resolution 1158 By: Representatives Carter of the 93rd, Jones of the 143rd, Herring of the 145th, Flournoy of the 74th, Beckles of the 96th, and others A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Eboni Hall; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Eboni Hall is a seasoned beauty industry leader, entrepreneur, and passionate2 advocate for self-care and confidence with over 16 years of exp erience as a master3 cosmetologist, hairstylist, makeup artist, and beauty educator; and4 WHEREAS, a hardworking mom, entrepreneur, and dedicated First L ady of Way5 Community Church, Eboni is the founder and CEO of Power, The Be auty Collection, a6 makeup line crafted specifically for professional and hardworking women; and7 WHEREAS, her revolutionary brand includes innovative products and teaching tools that are8 designed with simplicity and empowerment in mind, making beauty accessible for busy,9 professional women; and 10 WHEREAS, expanding her illustrious brand, Eboni opened a second location of the Power11 Beauty Bar, inside the Painted Tree-F1 at 2059 Scenic Hwy N Sui te 110 in Snellville,12 Georgia; and13 H. R. 1158 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0841 WHEREAS, Power Beauty Bar showcases products, offers personaliz ed color matching14 services and make up classes, as well as provides curated beauty experiences; and15 WHEREAS, with nearly 20 years in the beauty industry, Eboni’s i mpressive portfolio16 includes collaborations with major brands such as Coca Cola, OWN, Pantene, BET, WeTV,17 TVOne, and Bronner Bros., and her work has graced the pages of top beauty magazines like18 Essence, Ebony, and The Knot; and19 WHEREAS, Eboni’s unwavering dedication to community service, empowering women, and20 uplifting others has left a profound impact on the state of Georgia and the beauty industry;21 and 22 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this exceptio nal Georgian be23 appropriately recognized.24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25 the members of this body recognize and commend Eboni Hall and extend sincere best wishes26 for her continued health, happiness, and success.27 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized28 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Eboni29 Hall.30 H.
