26 LC 129 0815 House Resolution 1288 By: Representatives Martin of the 49 th, Blackmon of the 146 th, Efstration of the 104 th, Carpenter of the 4th, and Barrett of the 24th A RESOLUTION Commending and congratulating Dr. Ekaterina Mirzakulova; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Dr. Ekaterina Mirzakulova has been selected as the sta te recipient of the2 Technical College System of Georgia's 2025 Rick Perkins Award for Excellence in Technical3 Instruction; and4 WHEREAS, with this award, Dr. Mirzakulova has earned the distin ction of being the5 Technical College System of Georgia's Instructor of the Year; and6 WHEREAS, Dr. Mirzakulova, an instructor of Chemistry at Central Georgia Technical7 College, has exemplified excellence in instructional knowledge and practice; and8 WHEREAS, in recognition of her outstanding contributions, Dr. Mirzakulova was selected9 from an elite group of Georgia technical college instructors wh o have demonstrated10 innovative teaching practices and exceptional leadership skills at their respective technical11 colleges; and12 H. R. 1288 - 1 - 26 LC 129 0815 WHEREAS, through dedication and professionalism, Dr. Mirzakulova has brought honor to13 herself, her family, Central Georgia Technical College and the entire Technical College14 System of Georgia.15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that16 the members of this body commend and congratulate Dr. Ekaterina Mirzakulova for her17 outstanding achievements and her efforts to promote technical education in Georgia.18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized19 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Dr.20 Ekaterina Mirzakulova.21 H.
