26 LC 112 3708 House Resolution 1319 By: Representatives Cox of the 28th, McDonald III of the 26th, Jones of the 25th, Clark of the 100th, Barrett of the 24th, and others A RESOLUTION Commending Grace Lee upon winning the spring 2025 Girls Golf Ch ampionship; and for1 other purposes.2 WHEREAS, Grace Lee of Lambert High School achieved outstanding performance in the3 spring 2025 golf season; and4 WHEREAS, at the 2025 GHSA Class 6A State Golf Championship held May 19-20, 2025,5 Grace Lee shot 69-66 (-9) for a two-round total of 135 to secure the individual girls medalist6 title for Class 6A; and7 WHEREAS, her performance contributed significantly to the Lambe rt High School Girls8 Golf Team's overall team score of 421 (-11), earning the 2025 C lass 6A girls state team9 championship; and10 WHEREAS, by winning this championship, Grace Lee continued a tradition of excellence11 in the Lambert golf program and demonstrated dedication, skill, and sportsmanship worthy12 of formal recognition.13 H. R. 1319 - 1 - 26 LC 112 3708 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that14 the members of this body commend Grace Lee for her exemplary achievement as the 202515 Class 6A State Girls Individual Golf Champion as well as extend best wishes for continued16 success both on and off the field.17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized18 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Grace19 Lee.20 H.
