26 LC 129 0963 House Resolution 1306 By: Representative Prince of the 132nd A RESOLUTION Honoring Lula Raines of Augusta, Georgia, as she reaches the grand milestone of her 90th1 birthday; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, born on February 24, 1936, Lula Raines was a cherished gift to the world,3 destined to fill countless hearts with warmth, love, and immeasurable joy; and4 WHEREAS, a devout and active member of the Greater Apostolic Holy Temple, Lula serves5 as an exemplary role model, a beacon of love, and source of pro found inspiration, and a6 wellspring of encouragement to congregants of all generations; and7 WHEREAS, throughout her 90 years, Lula has been a living witness to a remarkable sweep8 of history and pivotal events that many now only read about in history books; and9 WHEREAS, having earned the cherished title "Queen of our Hearts ," Lula is commended10 for her steadfast and unconditional love for her children and family at large; and11 WHEREAS, her love is exemplified by her selfless devotion, inva luable guidance, and12 boundless commitment to fostering unity, compassion, and a deep respect for the authenticity13 and integrity of each individual; and14 H.
