26 LC 129 1042 House Resolution 1370 By: Representatives Beckles of the 96th, Mitchell of the 88th, McClain of the 109th, Burchett of the 176th, Douglas of the 78th, and others A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Andrew Adams, founder and owner of ProLevel Recovery;1 and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, Andrew Adams is the founder and owner of ProLevel Reco very, a3 Georgia-based multidisciplinary sports medicine and recovery or ganization providing4 comprehensive physical therapy, chiropractic care, and advanced r e c o v e r y s e r v i c e s t o5 individuals across the state; and6 WHEREAS, ProLevel Recovery was established with a mission to ra ise the standard of7 musculoskeletal care by integrating clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and8 outcome-driven treatment models, serving patients ranging from injured workers and9 personal injury cases to athletes and active professionals; and10 W H E R E A S , A n d r e w A d a m s d e d i c a t e d e i g h t y e a r s t o t h e N a t i o n a l F o otball League,11 competing at the highest level of professional sports and earni ng a Super Bowl12 Championship, experiences that cultivated a deep understanding of elite performance, injury13 recovery, and the importance of accountability and precision in healthcare delivery; and14 H. R. 1370 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1042 WHEREAS, his professional athletic background directly informs ProLevel Recovery's15 clinical philosophy and operational standards, with an emphasis on long-term patient16 outcomes, evidence-based care, and measurable results; and17 WHEREAS, Andrew Adams is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he earned18 a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship, and he has further completed advanced19 business and executive certification programs through the University of Miami, equipping20 him with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational management; and21 WHEREAS, in addition to his work in healthcare, Andrew Adams is an active real estate22 investor and business operator, focused on sustainable growth, responsible ownership, and23 long-term economic value creation; and24 WHEREAS, Andrew Adams is deeply committed to financial literacy and education,25 particularly for athletes, entrepreneurs, and working professionals, and through mentorship26 and community engagement, he advocates for empowering individua ls with the tools and27 knowledge necessary to build financial stability and generational wealth; and28 WHEREAS, as a healthcare entrepreneur, former professional athlete, and community leader,29 Andrew Adams brings a uniquely informed perspective to sports m edicine, effectively30 bridging performance, health, and economic empowerment to stren gthen outcomes for31 individuals and communities throughout the State of Georgia; and32 WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the accomplishments and service of Andrew Adams33 be appropriately recognized.34 H.
