26 LC 129 1076 House Resolution 1364 By: Representatives Beckles of the 96th, McClain of the 109th, Park of the 107th, Carter of the 93rd, Ali of the 106th, and others A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Jerely Vazquez for her outstanding a rtistic talent and1 dedication to the visual arts; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, Jerely Vazquez is an exemplary fourth-grade student at Norcross Elementary3 School in House District 96, demonstrating exceptional talent a nd dedication in the visual4 arts; and5 WHEREAS, Jerely is a skilled young artist who excels in working with pencil and blending6 techniques, demonstrating remarkable ability to create value and depth in her artwork with7 technical proficiency beyond her years; and8 WHEREAS, Jerely has established a clear artistic vision for her future, aspiring to attend art9 school and pursue her dream of becoming a portrait artist, reflecting maturity and purposeful10 dedication to her craft; and11 WHEREAS, Jerely's passion for the arts and commitment to developing her skills exemplify12 the determination and focus that distinguish young artists of exceptional promise; and13 H. R. 1364 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1076 WHEREAS, Jerely proudly embraces her American and Mexican herit age, enriching her14 artistic perspective through her bilingual abilities and the cu ltural traditions of her family;15 and16 WHEREAS, Jerely's art teacher at Norcross Elementary School rec ognizes her as an17 outstanding student whose creativity, dedication, and positive presence inspire both peers and18 educators in the classroom; and19 WHEREAS, as the youngest of four girls in a loving family of ten, Jerely values the strong20 bonds she shares with her parents, sisters, and two nephews, understanding the importance21 of family support in nurturing young talent; and22 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstandi ng achievements of this23 talented young Georgian artist be appropriately recognized.24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25 the members of this body recognize and commend Jerely Vazquez for her exceptional artistic26 talent, dedication to her craft, and bright promise as a young artist, and extend best wishes27 for her continued success in all future artistic endeavors.28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized29 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Jerely30 Vazquez.31 H.
