26 LC 44 3418 House Bill 1383 By: Representative Smith of the 18th A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Article 1 of Chapter 9 of Title 12 of the Official Cod e of Georgia Annotated,1 relating to air quality, so as to provide for daily emission li mitations for toluene from2 stationary sources located within the Tallapoosa River Basin; to provide for related matters;3 to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:5 SECTION 1.6 Article 1 of Chapter 9 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to air7 quality, is amended by adding a new Code section to read as follows:8 "12-9-26.9 No later than December 31, 2026, the Board of Natural Resources shall establish daily10 emission limitations for toluene from stationary sources locate d within the Tallapoosa11 River Basin."12 SECTION 2.13 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.14 H.
