26 LC 60 0316 Senate Bill 551 By: Senators Watson of the 11th, Anderson of the 24th, Echols of the 49th and Goodman of the 8th AS PASSED A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT To amend Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to1 standard, labeling, and adulteration of food, so as to repeal p rovisions relative to eggs; to2 provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:4 SECTION 1.5 Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated , relating to standard,6 labeling, and adulteration of food, is amended by repealing and reserving Article 8, relating7 to eggs.8 SECTION 2.9 All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.10 S.
