26 LC 129 1246 House Resolution 1463 By: Representatives Gambill of the 15th and Scoggins of the 14th A RESOLUTION Congratulating and commending Andrea Woodard, the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber1 of Commerce 2026 Volunteer of the Year; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, Andrea Woodard was recently named the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber3 of Commerce 2026 Volunteer of the Year in recognition of her exceptional dedication to the4 chamber and her community; and5 WHEREAS, Andrea Woodard has consistently gone above and beyond in her volunteer6 efforts, inspiring those around her through her positive spirit , exemplary character, and7 steadfast commitment to community service; and8 WHEREAS, Andrea Woodard's outstanding service, leadership, and compassion have made9 a lasting impact on her community and beyond, making her a well-deserved recipient of this10 prestigious award.11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that12 the members of this body congratulate Andrea Woodard upon being named the13 Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce 2026 Volunteer of the Year; commend14 H.
