26 LC 129 1282 Senate Resolution 841 By: Senators Davenport of the 17th, Anderson of the 43rd, James of the 28th, Wicks of the 34th and Merritt of the 9th A RESOLUTION Congratulating and commending Toya Davis-Stevenson for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose1 Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, in 1999, Representative Nikki T. Randall became the fi rst African American3 female elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia, and over her 17 years of4 service as a legislator, she held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Georgia5 Women's Legislative Caucus; and6 WHEREAS, every year during Women's History Month, the Georgia Women's Legislative7 Caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify th e leadership and8 inspiration embodied by Representative Randall; and9 WHEREAS, Toya Davis-Stevenson is a dedicated real estate business owner, experienced10 consultant, and passionate executive leader, as well as a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta11 Sorority, Incorporated; and12 WHEREAS, Toya is the CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Classic,13 where she is committed to community engagement, wealth building, leadership development,14 and market dominance across metro Atlanta; and15 S. R. 841 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1282 WHEREAS, her leadership influence extends well beyond real estate, as she has served as16 the Past President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Metro South Chapter; State and17 Local Director within her REALTOR® board; Vice President of the Lake Spivey Georgia18 Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated; and Board Member of Someone Cares of19 Atlanta, Inc.; and20 WHEREAS, Toya Davis-Stevenson has established a glowing reputat ion of renown21 throughout Georgia for her deep personal commitment to helping develop the next generation22 of leaders through financial literacy and entrepreneurial education; and23 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this24 extraordinary servant leader be appropriately recognized.25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body26 congratulate and commend Toya Davis-Stevenson for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki27 T. Randall Servant Leadership Award and extend best wishes for her continued success.28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed29 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for di stribution to Toya Davis-30 Stevenson .31 S.
