Minter for receiving the 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki1 T. Randall Servant Leadership Award; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, in 1999, Representative Nikki T. Randall became the fi rst African American3 female elected to the General Assembly from middle Georgia, and over her 17 years of4 service as a legislator, she held numerous leadership positions, including chair of the Georgia5 Women's Legislative Caucus; and6 WHEREAS, every year during Women's History Month, the Georgia Women's Legislative7 Caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify th e leadership and8 inspiration embodied by Representative Randall; and9 WHEREAS, Phyllis A. Minter is a woman of unassuming greatness whose humble acts of10 kindness and generosity have uplifted her entire community; and11 WHEREAS, with 13 years of realtor experience, Phyllis' dedicate d and passionate efforts12 have granted her a position among the top 20 producers at the South Fulton Keller Williams13 Office; and14 H. R. 1596 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1330 WHEREAS, as the Keller Williams Commercial Broker for the Airport City Development15 Project with the City of College Park, the Commercial Broker for the City of South Fulton,16 Chairperson for the Old National Main Street Advisory Board, and her work with the City17 of South Fulton Development Author ity, Phyllis has made an inde lible impact on the real18 estate landscape in the greater Atlanta area; and19 WHEREAS, Phyllis A. Minter has established a glowing reputation of renown throughout20 Georgia for exceptional customer service as well as her unwaver ing dedication to the21 betterment of her community; and22 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this23 extraordinary servant leader be appropriately recognized.24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25 the members of this body congratulate and commend Phyllis A. Mi nter for receiving the26 2026 Yellow Rose Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award and extend best wishes for27 her continued success.28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized29 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to30 Phyllis A.
