26 LC 112 3830 Senate Resolution 911 By: Senators Kemp of the 38th, Mallow of the 2nd, Still of the 48th, Jones of the 10th, Brass of the 6th and others A RESOLUTION Honoring the life and memory of Zoey Nicole Price; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of one of its most distinguished citizens2 with the passing of Zoey Nicole Price; and3 WHEREAS, Zoey Nicole Price embraced life with energy and enthusiasm, dancing through4 her days with confidence, joy, and a heart full of love, uplift ing those around her with a5 warmth that made others feel seen and valued; and6 WHEREAS, she was known for her laughter, her kindness, and the light she carried into7 every room, whether in her classroom, alongside her cheerleadin g team, or at home8 surrounded by her family; and9 WHEREAS, she gave inspiration to many through her high ideals, morals, and deep concern10 for her fellow citizens, and the devotion, patience, and understanding she demonstrated to11 her family and friends were admired by others; and12 S. R. 911 - 1 - 26 LC 112 3830 WHEREAS, though her time on this earth was far too short, the impact she made will endure13 in the hearts of her loved ones and throughout the community th at continues to mourn her14 loss; and15 WHEREAS, a compassionate and generous young woman, Zoey Nicole Price will long be16 remembered for her love of family, friendship, and community and will be missed by all who17 had the great fortune of knowing her.18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body19 join in honoring the life and memory of Zoey Nicole Price and e xpress their deepest and20 most sincere regret at her passing.21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed22 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the family of Zoey23 Nicole Price.24 S.
