26 LC 112 3818 House Resolution 1589 By: Representative Martinez of the 111th A RESOLUTION Honoring the life and memory of Cheyenne "Alyssa" Speegle; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, the State of Georgia mourns the loss of Cheyenne "Alys sa" Speegle, who2 passed away on February 23, 2026, after a life that, though too brief, was filled with love and3 meaning; and4 WHEREAS, Cheyenne "Alyssa" Speegle was born on April 11, 2022, at 3:03 PM, weighing5 three pounds and seven ounces and measuring nearly 17 inches in length, the beloved6 daughter of Annette and Jeffrey Speegle; and7 WHEREAS, she was welcomed into a loving family as the cherished sister of Logan8 Mathews and Kyle Speegle; and9 WHEREAS, during her three years, 10 months, and 12 days of life , she brought10 immeasurable joy through her smiles, giggles, cuddles, and the love she so freely gave; and11 WHEREAS, though her time on this earth was limited, the love sh e inspired and the12 memories she created will endure in the hearts of all those who had the blessing of knowing13 her, and her life will forever remain a treasured gift to those she leaves behind.14 H. R. 1589 - 1 - 26 LC 112 3818 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that15 the members of this body join in honoring the life and memory o f Cheyenne "Alyssa"16 Speegle and express their deepest and most sincere regret at her passing.17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized18 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the19 family of Cheyenne "Alyssa" Speegle.20 H.
