26 LC 112 3904 Senate Resolution 948 By: Senator Mangham of the 55th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending The Faith Center upon the opening of its new church facility;1 and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, through worship, outreach, education, and community partnerships, The Faith3 Center has supported the spiritual and practical needs of indiv iduals and families in the4 Tucker community and across the metro Atlanta region; and5 WHEREAS, The Faith Center is currently led by Senior Pastor Vincent Campbell and First6 Lady Felicia Campbell, whose exemplary leadership, service, and unwavering commitment7 have guided the church's growth and impact; and8 WHEREAS, the congregation of this church has compiled an unpara lleled record of9 constructive, compassionate, and humanitarian service which it demonstrates daily through10 open minds, open hearts, and open doors; and11 WHEREAS, the members of The Faith Center have a sincere desire to serve the Lord and12 are wholeheartedly committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ; and13 S. R. 948 - 1 - 26 LC 112 3904 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this enduring example of God's message14 of peace and love be recognized and congratulated for its innumerable good works rendered15 on behalf of persons in need.16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body17 recognize and commend The Faith Center upon the grand opening and dedication of its new18 church facility as well as extend best wishes for many more years of successful fellowship19 and service.20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed21 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to The Faith Center.22 S.
