26 LC 129 1404 Senate Resolution 958 By: Senators Anavitarte of the 31st, Bearden of the 30th, Dixon of the 45th, Robertson of the 29th, Dickerson of the 21st and others A RESOLUTION Commending and recognizing North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer for their outstanding1 athletic achievements, academic excellence, and service to their community; and for other2 purposes.3 WHEREAS, North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer demonstrated remarkable dedication,4 discipline, and teamwork throughout their competitive season, s etting a high standard of5 excellence for student-athletes in Paulding County; and6 WHEREAS, North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer has achieved incredible success, earning7 four first place finishes and one second place finish in competition during the season; and8 WHEREAS, North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer has distinguished itself at the highest9 levels of competition by earning both the November 2025 State Championship and February10 2026 National Championship title, reflecting the strength and e xcellence of the Paulding11 County cheer programs; and12 WHEREAS, the success of the team is also a testament to the leadership and guidance of its13 coaches, whose commitment to mentorship and development has helped these young athletes14 grow both on and off the competition floor; and15 S. R. 958 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1404 WHEREAS, the achievements of the student-athletes, coaches, and supporters of the North16 Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer program have brought tremendous pride to their schools,17 their community, and the State of Georgia while serving as an i nspiration to future18 student-athletes.19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body20 commend and congratulate North Paulding Junior Wolfpack Cheer f or their outstanding21 athletic accomplishments, their commitment to academic excellence, and their dedication to22 serving their community, and extend to these student-athletes, their coaches, and supporters 23 best wishes for continued success in future endeavors.24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed25 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to North Paulding26 Junior Wolfpack Cheer.27 S.
