26 LC 129 1416 House Resolution 1781 By: Representatives Reese of the 140th, Hugley of the 141st, Buckner of the 137th, Howard of the 129th, and Sampson of the 153rd A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist Church on the occasion1 of its anniversary; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, the seeds which were sown by the loving and humble eff orts of the devoted3 original worshipers of Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist Church have blossomed,4 establishing a rich tradition and history; and5 WHEREAS, in February 1997, Reverend Outley open the doors for the first Sunday as Pastor6 of Abundant Life Full Gospel Outreach Church; and 7 WHEREAS, Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist Church has grown over the years, allowing8 the Word of God to spread throughout the community; and9 WHEREAS, the congregation of this church has compiled an unpara lleled record of10 constructive, compassionate, and humanitarian service which it demonstrates daily through11 open minds, open hearts, and open doors; and12 H. R. 1781 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1416 WHEREAS, the members of Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist Church have a sincere desire13 to serve the Lord and are wholeheartedly committed to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ;14 and15 WHEREAS, the story of Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist Church is one of triumph16 through the grace and sustaining power of God, and it stands as an immovable witness to the17 truth that God keeps His promise; and18 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this enduring example of God's message19 of peace and love be recognized and congratulated for its innumerable good works rendered20 on behalf of persons in need.21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that22 the members of this body recognize the rich history of Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist23 Church, commend its many years of dedicated service to the Lord and community, and24 extend their warmest best wishes for its continued growth and success.25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized26 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to27 Abundant Life Full Gospel Baptist Church.28 H.
