26 LC 129 1365 House Resolution 1826 By: Representatives Momtahan of the 17th, Kelley of the 16th, Gullett of the 19th, New of the 40th, and Smith of the 18th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Jesse Hughen on his outstanding public service; and for other1 purposes.2 WHEREAS, Jesse Hughen has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital3 role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the welfare of the4 citizens of Georgia; and5 WHEREAS, Jesse proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed6 the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that has continued to define his career; and7 WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time,8 talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state as evidenced9 dramatically by his superlative service to Paulding County; and10 WHEREAS, Jesse began his career with Paulding County as a Plumb ing Technician and11 quickly distinguished himself through his hard work, dedication, and problem solving ability;12 and 13 H. R. 1826 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1365 WHEREAS, in his current role as Project Manager, Jesse exemplif ies integrity,14 accountability, safety, and a servant mindset, as well as consi stently leads projects with15 professionalism and attention to detail; and16 WHEREAS, Jesse successfully remodeled a Paulding County Fire Station, both under budget17 and quicker than expected, improving the functionality and service of the station; and 18 WHEREAS, he diligently led the construction of the new Fleet Ma intenance Building,19 managed major renovations and construction efforts for the Paul ding County Health20 Department, and has contributed to countless other significant improvement projects21 throughout the county; and22 WHEREAS, his significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience and23 diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of the citizens of this state have24 earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and associates; and25 WHEREAS, Jesse Hughen has served with honor and distinction in Paulding County, and26 his vision and unyielding commitment have set the standard for public service.27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that28 the members of this body recognize and commend Jesse Hughen for his efficient, effective,29 unselfish, and dedicated public service to the State of Georgia and extend the most sincere30 best wishes for continued health and happiness.31 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized32 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Jesse33 Hughen.34 H.
