26 LC 129 1405 House Resolution 1809 By: Representative Ali of the 106th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Dr. Lieutenant Colonel Jacqueline To plin; and for other1 purposes.2 WHEREAS, Dr. Lieutenant Colonel Jacqueline Toplin served as a guardian of this nation's3 freedom and liberty with the United States Air Force, valiantly and courageously protecting4 her fellow Americans for over 32 years and retiring with honors as a Lieutenant Colonel; and5 WHEREAS, this distinguished gentlewoman has given inspiration to many through her high6 ideals, morals, and deep concern for her fellow citizens, and she possesses the vast wisdom7 which only comes through experience and the strength of charact er which is achieved8 through overcoming the many challenges of life; and9 WHEREAS, for over 35 years she served as a Doctorate Nurse Prac titioner (DNP),10 specializing in family practice and preventative medicine and saving or chainging the lives11 of countless patients; and12 WHEREAS, she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for13 integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and14 H. R. 1809 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1405 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this15 remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that17 the members of this body recognize and commend Dr. Lieutenant Colonel Jacqueline Toplin18 and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued health and happiness.19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized20 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Dr.21 Lieutenant Colonel Jacqueline Toplin.22 H.
