L. 1992, p. 4614), as amended, so as to revise the corporate limits of the city; to2 provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:4 SECTION 1.5 An Act to provide a new charter for the City of Riceboro, approved February 19, 1992 (Ga.6 L. 1992, p. 4614), as amended, is amended by adding a new subse ction to Section 1.11 to7 read as follows:8 "(c.1) In addition to the areas described in subsections (a) an d (c) of this section, the9 corporate limits shall also include the following area:10 (1) Beginning at the centerline intersection of U.S. Hwy 17, S.
