26 LC 129 1495 House Resolution 1864 By: Representative Ali of the 106th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Jim Fricke; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Jim Fricke has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital2 role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the welfare of the3 citizens of Georgia; and4 WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time,5 talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state as evidenced6 dramatically by his tireless work expanding access to medical cannabis and decriminalization7 of cannabis across the United States; and8 WHEREAS, he currently serves as a Cannabis Operations Consultan t and Post-Harvest9 Chemovar Specialist; and 10 WHEREAS, as a Chemovar expert, Jim specializes in analyzing and aligning cannabinoid11 and terpene profiles to optimize product quality and ensure pat ients receive consistent,12 targeted therapeutic experiences; and 13 H. R. 1864 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1495 WHEREAS, his significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience and14 diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of those he serves have earned15 him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and associates; and16 WHEREAS, he is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for17 integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and18 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this19 remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that21 the members of this body recognize and commend Jim Fricke for h is efficient, effective,22 unselfish, and dedicated public service to the State of Georgia and extend the most sincere23 best wishes for continued health and happiness.24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized25 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Jim26 Fricke.27 H.
