26 LC 129 1471 House Resolution 1841 By: Representatives Schofield of the 63rd, Davis of the 87th, Burnough of the 77th, and Scott of the 76th A RESOLUTION Commending Mrs. Chance Troy, Hapeville Charter Career Academy's 2026 Teacher of the1 Year; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, nothing is more vital to the future of our state than the education of our young3 people, and Mrs. Chance Troy exemplifies the selfless dedication that is characteristic of our4 finest teachers; and5 WHEREAS, Mrs. Chance Troy is a highly praised math teacher and department chair at6 Hapeville Charter Career Academy, tirelessly directing an extraordinary amount of time and7 talent toward guiding students to a brighter future; and8 WHEREAS, Mrs. Chance Troy has earned distinction and numerous a wards for teaching9 excellence as a result of her dedication to her students and he r profession and has been10 honored as Hapeville Charter Career Academy's 2026 Teacher of the Year; and11 WHEREAS, in recognition of such remarkable contributions to the education and welfare12 of Georgia's students, it is abundantly fitting and proper for this body to honor the13 extraordinary accomplishments and academic achievements of this outstanding educator.14 H.
