26 LC 112 4087 Senate Resolution 1044 By: Senators Walker III of the 20th, Anavitarte of the 31st and Jones II of the 22nd A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Michelle Silos; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Michelle Silos has served with distinction as a participant in the Senate Intern2 Program for two consecutive years, demonstrating exceptional dedication, professionalism,3 and a strong commitment to public service; and4 WHEREAS, during her tenure as a reception aide, Michelle Silos has exemplified excellence5 in every aspect of her role, ensuring the seamless operation of the Senate front office and6 serving as a welcoming and reliable presence to members, staff, and visitors alike; and7 WHEREAS, she has played an integral role in coordinating and su pporting special8 presentations and events, helping to ensure that Senate functio ns run smoothly and9 efficiently; and10 WHEREAS, Michelle Silos has gone above and beyond in her responsibilities, serving as a11 trusted and dependable right hand to the Senate Staffing Depart ment and consistently12 demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed; and13 S. R. 1044 - 1 - 26 LC 112 4087 WHEREAS, her work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to e xcellence have14 distinguished her as one of the most outstanding reception aides of the legislative session;15 and16 WHEREAS, in recognition of her exceptional performance and dedication, Michelle Silos17 has been selected to continue her service as a legislative assistant, becoming a permanent and18 valued member of the Senate team.19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body20 recognize and commend Michelle Silos for her exemplary service and extend their sincere21 congratulations on her well-deserved appointment as a legislative assistant.22 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed23 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Michelle Silos.24 S.
