26 LC 129 1505 House Resolution 1933 By: Representatives Burnough of the 77th, Scott of the 76th, Jackson of the 165th, Schofield of the 63rd, Davis of the 87th, and others A RESOLUTION Congratulating and commending Atlanta Dermatology and Aesthetic s, PC; and for other1 purposes.2 WHEREAS, Atlanta Dermatology and Aesthetics, PC, will be celebr ating the 10th3 anniversary of its founding; and4 WHEREAS, under the guiding hand of Dr. Sumayah Taliaferro, a bo ard-certified5 dermatologist and native of Georgia, and with the exemplary work ethic demonstrated daily6 by its dedicated employees, this outstanding company has grown from its humble beginnings7 to becoming one of the most respected practices in this state; and8 WHEREAS, Atlanta Dermatology and Aesthetics, PC, founder, Dr. Sumayah Taliaferro, is9 a highly regarded and well respected member of the medical community; and 10 WHEREAS, in addition to co-authoring several important dermatology textbooks, she also11 serves in leadership with many prestigious medical associations , including the Medical12 Association of Georgia and the Medical Association of Atlanta; and13 H. R. 1933 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1505 WHEREAS, Atlanta Dermatology and Aesthetics, PC, is known for providing innovative and14 thoughtful solutions for all skin conditions including severe acne, aging skin, alopecia or hair15 loss, and pigmentary disorders; and16 WHEREAS, additionally, the practice provides expert cosmetic services including aesthetic17 injections, soft tissue fillers, PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser treatments; and18 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this19 extraordinary company be appropriately recognized.20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that21 the members of this body congratulate Atlanta Dermatology and Aesthetics, PC, on ten years22 of remarkable service, commend it for its many outstanding contributions on behalf of the23 citizens of Georgia, and extend best wishes for its continued g rowth, development, and24 success.25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized26 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to27 Atlanta Dermatology and Aesthetics, PC.28 H.
