26 LC 129 1502 House Resolution 1991 By: Representatives Ali of the 106th, Park of the 107th, Okoye of the 102nd, Clark of the 108th, and Romman of the 97th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending Om Duggal; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Om Duggal has long been recognized by his peers and co lleagues for his2 extensive entrepreneurial leadership, technical expertise, and sustained contributions to3 construction management, real estate development, and strategic consulting across Georgia;4 and5 WHEREAS, he brings more than 30 years of professional experienc e in construction6 management and development, including the successful planning a nd development of7 commercial and residential projects throughout the state; and8 WHEREAS, Om Duggal is the founder and principal of InfraProp Co., a land entitlements9 development and consulting firm specializing in the hotel and s enior housing industries,10 where he provides strategic guidance on land acquisition, regulatory navigation, development11 entitlements, and project planning from concept through construction; and12 WHEREAS, his professional leadership has been complemented by s ignificant civic and13 organizational service, including his appointment by the Gwinne tt County Board of14 Commissioners to the Sugarloaf Community Improvement District board; and 15 H. R. 1991 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1502 WHEREAS, Om Duggal serves as District 1 member and secretary of the Gwinnett Airport16 Authority, contributing to oversight of regional airport operations and long-term planning,17 and he is actively engaged in local business advocacy as a board member and chairman's club18 member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce; and19 WHEREAS, he further supports workforce development and higher education as a member20 of the Georgia Gwinnett College School of Business Board of Visitors, providing strategic21 insight and industry perspective to strengthen academic and professional partnerships; and22 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this23 remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately honored.24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that25 the members of this body recognize and commend Om Duggal for hi s many remarkable26 career accomplishments and extend the most sincere best wishes for continued health and27 happiness.28 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized29 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Om30 Duggal.31 H.
