26 LC 129 1451 House Resolution 1967 By: Representatives Lim of the 98th, Lupton of the 83rd, Holland of the 54th, Olaleye of the 59th, and Clark of the 108th A RESOLUTION Recognizing and commending JCM Ventures; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, founded by Juan Mejia in 2016, JCM Ventures is one of the few Latino-owned,2 bilingual commercial real estate brokerages in the State of Georgia; and3 WHEREAS, focused on thoughtful, community-oriented projects, JM C Ventures plays a4 vital role in Atlanta's commercial real estate market, advising property owners, tenants,5 investors, and small businesses across the city and metropolitan area; and6 WHEREAS, JCM Ventures operates with a strong understanding of neighborhood dynamics7 and local market conditions, supporting Metro-Atlanta's non-pro fit institutions and8 diplomatic missions as well as the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, GALEO, and9 Chavarro Law Firm; and10 WHEREAS, under the guiding hand of founder Juan Mejia, JMC Ventures has demonstrated11 a commitment to building a firm that emphasizes professionalism, market knowledge, and12 long-term relationships; and13 H. R. 1967 - 1 - 26 LC 129 1451 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding organization be honored14 upon the grand occasion of its 10th anniversary.15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that16 the members of this body recognize and commend JCM Ventures, co ngratulate it upon its17 10th anniversary, and extend their sincere best wishes for its continued growth and success.18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized19 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to JCM20 Ventures.21 H.
