26 LC 112 4095 House Resolution 2007 By: Representatives New of the 40th, Gullett of the 19th, Smith of the 18th, Momtahan of the 17th, and Kelley of the 16th A RESOLUTION Commending Aaron Huff, South Paulding High School's 2026 Teacher of the Year; and for1 other purposes.2 WHEREAS, nothing is more vital to the future of our state than the education of our young3 people, and Aaron Huff exemplifies the selfless dedication that is characteristic of our finest4 teachers; and5 WHEREAS, Aaron Huff is a highly praised United States history teacher at South Paulding6 High School who dedicates innumerable hours of his time and ene rgy toward cultivating7 connections with his students and creating a nurturing environment wherein they feel seen,8 heard, and supported; and9 WHEREAS, he has earned distinction for teaching excellence as a result of his dedication10 to his students and his profession and has been honored as Sout h Paulding High School's11 2026 Teacher of the Year; and12 WHEREAS, in recognition of such remarkable contributions to the education and welfare13 of Georgia's students, it is abundantly fitting and proper for this body to honor the14 extraordinary accomplishments and academic achievements of this outstanding educator.15 H. R. 2007 - 1 - 26 LC 112 4095 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that16 the members of this body commend Aaron Huff, South Paulding High School's 2026 Teacher17 of the Year, and express their most sincere best wishes for continued success.18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized19 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to Aaron20 Huff.21 H.
