26 LC 112 4024 House Resolution 2015 By: Representative Mathis of the 133rd A RESOLUTION Congratulating the Bleckley County High School's One Act team for winning the 2025 Class1 A-Division 1 State One Act Championship; and for other purposes.2 WHEREAS, the Bleckley County High School's One Act team has est ablished and3 maintained a proud tradition of excellence with equal emphases on academics and character;4 and5 WHEREAS, this outstanding team has completed another triumphant season of one act6 competition; and7 WHEREAS, superlative teamwork and extraordinary flexibility made this team a special one8 to observe throughout the season, and as a fitting finale to its remarkable 2025 season, this9 exceptional team captured its third state title in the last four years; and10 WHEREAS, the stellar performance of the team is a clear indicat ion of its outstanding11 abilities in the areas of acting, singing, and dancing; the unwavering dedication, hard work,12 and unity of purpose of each member of the team; and the knowledgeable direction of their13 teachers and coaches, Kelli Greer and Dawson Greer; and14 H. R. 2015 - 1 - 26 LC 112 4024 WHEREAS, as this exemplary one act team earned its well-deserve d reputation for15 excellence in the arts by performing with passion and precision, it is perfectly fitting to call16 them champions.17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that18 the members of this body congratulate the Bleckley County High School's One Act team for19 winning the 2025 Class A-Division 1 State One Act Championship and extend best wishes20 for continued success.21 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized22 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the23 Bleckley County High School's One Act team.24 H.
