26 LC 112 4176 House Resolution 2021 By: Representative Glaize of the 67th A RESOLUTION Commending Dillon Terrell; and for other purposes.1 WHEREAS, Dillon Terrell of Newnan, Georgia, is a student at the University of West2 Georgia, where he is pursuing a double major in computing and p hilosophy and working3 toward an ethics certificate; and4 WHEREAS, since August 2025, Dillon Terrell has served as a community engagement intern5 in the Office of Representative Lydia Glaize, supporting outreach initiatives, assisting with6 event coordination for town halls and constituent engagement, a nd contributing to7 professional correspondence and digital communications; and8 WHEREAS, through his work in this role, he has gained meaningful experience in legislative9 and community-focused operations while assisting efforts that serve citizens across the State10 of Georgia; and11 WHEREAS, he has further demonstrated leadership and civic invol vement through his12 service as president of the NAACP Coweta County Youth Council and his membership in13 organizations such as Empowered 4 Life and the University of West Georgia Philosophical14 Society; and15 H. R. 2021 - 1 - 26 LC 112 4176 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this exemplar y individual be16 appropriately honored during this special time.17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that18 the members of this body commend Dillon Terrell for his exceptional service as a legislative19 intern and extend the most sincere best wishes for future success.20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the House of Representatives is authorized21 and directed to make an appropriate copy of this resolution ava ilable for distribution to22 Dillon Terrell.23 H.
