Penalty for sale of deceptively labeled paint. Whoever shall sell or offer or expose for sale any paint which shall be labeled or marked in such manner as to tend to deceive the purchaser as to its nature or composition or which shall not be accurately labeled as required in this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, for each offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 and not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 60 days. ## History Ga.
