10-1-180. Definitions.

  1. As used in this part, the term:

  2. (1)

    “Brake fluid” means the liquid medium through which force is transmitted in the hydraulic brake system of any motor vehicle operated in this state.#

  3. (2)

    “Chemist” means the state oil chemist.#

  4. (3)

    “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Agriculture.#
