Application. The requirements of this part shall apply only prior to the completion of the initial order for the online automatic renewal or continuous service; provided, however, that an acknowledgment that includes the automatic renewal offer terms or continuous service offer terms, cancellation policy, and information regarding how to cancel, and the notice required pursuant to subsection (b) of Code Section 10-1-439.9 may be fulfilled after the completion of the initial order. ## History Code 1981, § 10-1-439.11, enacted by Ga.
