Rules, regulations, and orders. The Attorney General is authorized to promulgate, adopt, and issue rules, regulations, and orders necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions and purposes of this article. Chapter 13 of Title 50, the “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,” shall apply to the promulgation of rules and regulations by the Attorney General pursuant to this Code section. ## History Ga.
