Application of “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act” and “Fair Business Practices Act of 1975.” Chapter 13 of Title 50, the “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act,” shall apply to all actions and proceedings of an administrative nature taken by the Attorney General pursuant to this article, except where the Attorney General is acting under Part 2 of Article 15 of this chapter, the “Fair Business Practices Act of 1975.” A violation of this article shall also be considered a violation of Part 2 of Article 15 of this chapter, the “Fair Business Practices Act of 1975.” ## History Ga.
