# O.C.G.A. § 10-1-688. Limitation of actions.

No action shall be brought under this article more than four years after the person bringing such action knew or should have known of the occurrence of the alleged violation.

## History

Code 1981, § 10-1-688, enacted by Ga. L. 1985, p. 1341, § 1; Ga. L. 2024, p. 1052, § 2(26)/SB 448, effective July 1, 2024.

## Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “such action” for “this action” in this Code section.
