10-1-838. Liability for failure to post bond or establish escrow account.

  1. Any individual who fails to comply with either Code Section 10-1-832 or 10-1-837 shall be individually liable for any damages or losses suffered by any participant in a pageant, without regard to whether the pageant operator is structured as a corporation, partnership, limited partnership, or any other form of business entity.
