10-2-12. Unit price required on packages with random weights.

  1. In addition to the declarations required by Code Section 10-2-11, any package which is one of a lot containing random weights of the same commodity and bearing the total selling price of the package shall contain a plain and conspicuous declaration of the price per single unit of weight on the outside of the package.
