Quantity and retail price required on advertising of package commodities. Whenever a packaged commodity is advertised in any manner with the retail price stated, a declaration of quantity as is required by this article or by rule or regulation of the Commissioner of Agriculture shall appear on the package and shall be closely and conspicuously associated with the retail price. Where a dual declaration is required, only the declaration that sets forth quantity in terms of the smaller unit of weight or measure need appear in the advertisement. ## History Ga.
