Standards for grain moisture testing equipment; enforcement and inspections. It shall be the duty of the Commissioner to adopt standards for moisture testing equipment utilized in determining the moisture content of grain offered for sale in this state. Upon the establishment of such standards, it shall be unlawful for any person to utilize any such equipment which does not comply with the standards established pursuant to this Code section. It shall be the duty of the Commissioner to enforce this Code section and to make such inspections as shall be necessary to assure that all moisture testing equipment complies with the standards. ## History Ga.
