10-2-9. Permissible methods of selling by quantity.

  1. Except as otherwise provided by rules or regulations promulgated by the Commissioner, commodities in a liquid form shall be sold by liquid measure or by weight; and commodities not in the liquid form shall be sold only by weight, measure, or count, so long as the method of sale provides accurate quantity information.
